Week 1, Day 2

In 2007 I lost about 60 pounds doing WW. I felt great, and I was looking better. In 2008 I gained all of it back. I know WW works, I know I can do this. So here it goes again…

Day 1 212 lbs
Goal 140-145 lbs (depends on how I look ad feel at 145)
